Oh, I understand you now ... You mean if you do not have permission from the original artist (Mark Ryden in this case) to let Fluorescent it themselves .. You know I think it does not. Most of the pictures that people with fluorescence costs themselves are original from any artist, band, etc. ..
Is it still confirmed somewhere? I would just be happy if someone would let Fluorescent my picture of themselves .. :) Like I said, I think it's just .. I like this nice idea! You should go for it if you still of the same opinion in a few years :) And if you're thinking about getting you in fluorescence with Paul Booth I think it is quite impossible unless you make the time now because it is a multi-year waiting list with him before when I did! :) He fluorescent only people he considers to be 100% ready .. anyway He chooses from (according to what I've heard and read)
